Information for families of Future Kindergarteners
If your child is beginning Kindergarten at Lincoln School in September of 2024, they will be in the graduating class of 2037.

Please read about the Kindergarten Lottery Process below, and then use the link at the bottom of the page
to enter the 2024 Lottery. The 2024 lottery will take place on May 20th.
First, the hard news:
There are usually more interested Incoming Kindergartener families that available slots at Extended Day in any given year.

What can I do?
Each year in May, we hold a randomized, needs-blind lottery to fairly distribute the available slots to interested families. Some families will end up on a wait list as a result of this process.
Those families will be notified of their waitlist number, and will receive quarterly email updates
from us regarding any movement. For more detailed information about the Lottery, please see the flowchart to the left.

Filling out this form does not guarantee your child a slot in the program in 2024-2025.
What if I have a currently enrolled kindergartener?
The Kindergarten lottery for SY '23-24 has already taken place. We currently have no slots available for current Kindergarteners. Please fill out our waitlist form to be added chronologically to our wait list, and we will be in touch ASAP.
